APPLICATION PROCESS

The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application through ON-LINE mode followed by submission of the hard copy of the online form, duly signed at designated place. The On-line of application will be made available on AIIMS, Kalyani official website i.e. https://aiimskalyani.edu.in and https://recruitments.aiimskalyani.edu.in. The link for submission of online applications in respect of above said posts along with other relevant information will be activated on the date of advertisement on Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar or earlier (as posted on the website).

In case the last date falls on weekly off or holidays, then the last date of submission of hard copy of application will be shifted to the next working days (up to 5.00 PM).

 
Failure to submit Hard Copy of on-line application along with all supporting documents as mentioned in this advertisement, by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature. Uploading of illegible document will also lead cancellation of candidature and hence candidates are required to be careful while uploading the documents/credentials. Hard Copy of application should be forwarded through Speed Post/Courier etc. only & will not be received physically. Institute will not be responsible for delay in delivery.
