Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular field visits within designated areas, meeting with clients, customers, or community members.
2. Collect and accurately record data, information, and feedback from the field.
3. Provide guidance and support to clients or customers as needed.
4. Identify and report any issues, concerns, or opportunities for improvement in the field.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to achieve project and company goals.
6. Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and documentation of field activities.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders and partners.
8. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
9. Travel extensively within designated areas, which may include rural or remote locations.
10. Meet performance targets and comply with company policies and procedures.
