Experience:

years of experience in Client Tech Support is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Addressing
customer complaints and providing timely, effective solutions.
- Keeping
records of customer interactions, processes, and files.
- Providing
accurate and complete information using appropriate tools.
- Liaising
with the development team to identify and resolve ongoing issues.
- Assisting
the development team during troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Working
knowledge of PHP, Python, JavaScript, Linux, shell scripting, OS Ticket,
and MS Office.
- Creating
reports and documentation.
- Training
staff on new hardware and software systems.
- Maintaining
excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
