About the Role:

seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Clinical Instructor to join
our esteemed government college. The candidate will be responsible for guiding
nursing students in clinical settings, fostering their practical skills, and

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct
nursing students during clinical practice in hospitals and healthcare
facilities.
- Develop and implement
clinical training programs aligned with the curriculum.
- Evaluate students' clinical
performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of best practices in nursing and healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with
clinical guidelines and institutional policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc.
Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of
clinical or teaching experience in nursing (preferred).
- Registration: Valid registration with the
Nursing Council.
- Strong communication and
leadership skills.
